Schedule your Self Awareness Session 

• Please schedule your session a day in advance.
• All appointments are set up in 30 minute increments. If you want one full hour, you'll need to book two 30 minute appointments back to back.
  
  • Enter "N/A" or etc. in the form for your second 30 min block.
• Cancellations must be within 24 hours of the initial scheduled session.
• Re-scheduled sessions are allowable within seven business days following the cancelled session.

Refund Policy

Self Awareness Sessions
Refunds are only given if the session is cancelled by Diary of Faith. However, a gift certificate for the corresponding amount may be provided in extenuating circumstances.

Purchased Items
To be eligible for a return:

• The customer must return  the item within 7 days of purchase
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.

If these requirements are not satisfied, Diary of Faith reserves the right not to offer an exchange certificate or refund.
